Polychromies Notre-Dame Poitiers
Since 1995, every summer evening and during the Christmas holidays, at dusk, the facade of the Notre-Dame-la-Grande church in Poitiers is adorned with colors and revives its painted church past .
Every evening during the summer, from June 21 to August 31, 2019 the City of Poitiers invites the Poitevins and tourists to discover or rediscover the polychrome of Poitiers , the lighting that colors the facade of Notre-Dame-la-Grande .
The artist Skertzo, creator of polychromes, invites you to dream through seven decorations: Mineral, Vegetal, Marie, Radegonde, Byzantine, Lapis-Lazuli and Pure Pigment. Also present at Le Mans, Lyon, and Quatar, Skertzo constantly multiplies and renews his experiments to better surprise his audience.
